Further, participants will develop key organisational skills to delegate effectively as well as how to motivate self and others.

Jill is an experienced business and leadership coach who turns proven leadership theory into practical commercial outcomes. She works with business leaders through one-on-one coaching and workshops to enable the self-reflection to reveal and align the ‘why’ that inspires others to great performance with the ‘what’ needs to be done to turn vision into reality. Jill works across a broad range of industries and sectors and has a strong insight into the unique challenges and complexity of leadership, both in her capacity as a coach as well as having held senior roles including 8 years as a Director of a Project Management firm.
