Professional Development - Creating High Performance Teams - Thursday 12 November

Tuesday, 13 Oct 2015

Being in a team is not the same as being a team player. Teams are often formed without clear thought as to the purpose and intended outcomes of the team. Rather, they are simply often a convenient way to organise resources or reflect “the way we’ve always done things around here”. This workshop will explore the differences between underperforming and high performing teams. Through this workshop you will learn the key characteristics of high performing teams, the role of culture in team behaviour and how to create environments that preference the success of the team over the individual. Further, in this workshop you will explore your own role in creating a high performing team and identify practical steps to improve your team leadership.
