Ronda Welsh is an experienced facilitator, consultant, coach and an associate lecturer at the University of Newcastle. She has more than 15 years, management experience, managing a wide range of projects and programmes spanning technology infrastructure, telecoms, organisational change and leadership. She has balanced this work with regional and global people programmes, focusing on achieving work life balance and diversity requirements in large, complex and rapidly changing, environments.
She consults, facilitates and presents in the areas of strategic IT Management, Management Leadership Skills, Project Management, Programme Management and Team Development. Ronda draws on real world experiences and facilitates a transfer of skills and knowledge through her passionate delivery style.
