ACS Canberra Conference Registration

This year’s conference is more exciting than ever with a strong speakers line up. The 23rd Annual Conference is looking back, reflecting on how far we've come, and looking forward to what the next fifty years might bring.

In addition, we have partnered with Women in Information and Communications (WIC), Data Management Association (DAMA) and Information Technology Educators ACT (InTEACT) to widen the networking and professional development opportunities at the Conference.

Registration Information

Registration fees are listed below. To maintain your discounted Conference rate, full payment is required within 7 days of registering. Please keep this in mind if you require prior authorization for payment. 

ACS conference registration 

The Cocktail Party and Gala Dinner sessions are complimentary for full conference registration. However, please ensure you RSVP as this is required to confirm your seat. 

Delegates/attendees must select the "Attend the Cocktail party" and/or "Attend the Gala Dinner" checkboxes during the online registration process to secure your reservation. Dinner seating is limited and delegates who have not submitted a RSVP will not be admitted.

For Student/Retired member registration, dinner is not included. You can purchase dinner tickets separately by selecting "Dinner only" during registration.

Group Bookings

A "Special Group Booking" deal is available before 31 July 2015: Receive a 20 per cent discount when you register five or more attendees in one transaction. Please contact Canberra Branch staff on +61 2 6143 5503 or email acscanb@acs.org.au for any enquiries or special group bookings. 

WIC breakfast registration

Women in Information & Communication are hosting a buffet breakfast to compliment the ACS Conference in 2015 . To register click here.

Workshops registration - DAMA

One (1) ticket to attend the Conference gala dinner (due to limited seating availability, this is a first come first served basis. *

* Note: For catering purposes an RSVP is required, you must submit your RSVP during your online registration process to secure your place.

Early Bird Registration fee - available until Friday 31 July 2015.

Payment for Early Bird Registrations MUST be received before Friday 31 July 2015. After this date the Early Bird rate expires and the Standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.

Payment must be made in Australian Dollars. The following payment methods are accepted: Credit Card – MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Electronic Funds Transfer are accepted. A small bank fee might be applied.

Cancellations and amendments

Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted via telephone. Amendments and cancellations must be sent in writing to ACS Canberra via email acscanb@acs.org.au. Please refer to the payment terms and conditions on your invoice/receipt.
