The 2015 NSW ICT and Digital Industries Entrepreneur Awards will be held at NSW Parliament on Tuesday 20 October. This is THE entrepreneur award for the ICT and digital industries in NSW, run by a committee that includes representatives from the Pearcey Foundation, the Australian Computer Society (ACS), the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), and major NSW incubators.
Attendees represent a veritable “who’s who” of the NSW ICT and digital industries including many leading entrepreneurs, business and government leaders in attendance.

The event showcases ICT entrepreneurship in NSW at 3 levels:
Selected winners of the recent Young ICT Entrepreneurs (YICTE) competition held in NSW schools, have been invited to present their projects. This is an initiative of NICTA and SAP and is in its sixth year of operation.
University pitching competition:
Researchers at NSW Universities have been invited to spruik their business plans and ideas before a panel of industry judges. The competition is designed to introduce participants to the dynamics of pitching and hitting the key messages for investors, distributors, and customers.
NSW ICT Entrepreneur of the Year:
The NSW ICT Entrepreneur Award is awarded annually to the most outstanding ICT and digital media entrepreneur, through an open peer recognition system. The award recognises an entrepreneur who is in "mid-career", and who has the potential to achieve more. This year the Award will be presented by the Hon Victor Dominello MP, Minister for Innovation.
