Accelerating Digital Government Survey

Tuesday, 23 Sep 2014

The Accelerating Digital Government Taskforce is developing a vision and plan for digital government in NSW. We want to know what you think about this transformation.

All residents of NSW are invited to participate in a short survey and provide feedback about the importance and direction for advances towards digital government.

This survey builds on the recent consultation relating to the ICT Strategy and a community workshop held on Saturday. It seeks to understand the broad appetite, preferences and priorities for digital government in NSW.

The NSW Digital Government Survey explains that “digital government” means more than online transactions. It involves using technology to connect people, information and services to provide the best customer experience – whether you are online, on the phone or in-person.

The survey is designed to attract a high volume of responses from all sectors of the community, across the State. Responses will help plan the transformation to digital government, including activities for ongoing engagement and collaboration with industry and the community.

It is a short, 5-minute exercise where participants can tick boxes and then provide comments if they wish.

You can find the survey online at

Paper copies of the survey will also be available at Service NSW from Wednesday 17 September.

The survey will close at 9am on Monday 29 September.
