I have always found ICT folks to be an intelligent, creative, innovative bunch of people with a tendency to be self-opinionated and dogged when things aren't going the way they KNOW they should.
In which case, you would expect them to jump at the chance to help shape the future use of ICT and to influence governments, who are amongst the biggest ICT spenders as procurers, employers and legislators. But do they?...Read more
