ICT employers want team players with excellent business and communication skills. They want strong employee capabilities including effective communication so that customers, prospects and internal/external stakeholders have their ICT requirements fully met.  For ICT professionals, that translates into being both a good listener and respond in a language that is clearly understood.

brad-howarth-colourBrad Howarth, author of A Faster Future and Innovation and Emerging Markets has worked with a wide variety of organisations training senior and middle management executives on effective communication. He is a contributor to The Australian, BRW, CIO Australia, CMO and Fairfax IT Pro, where he takes complex topics in technology and explains them simply, to a wide variety of audiences.
