Conference Wrap Up
ICT Shaping Our World, the Canberra ACS 2013 conference was held last week at Old Parliament House. The day brought over 200 speakers, delegates and vendors from local and international settings and judging by the buzz on the floor and across the twitter feed there was a high level of engagement between speakers and participants.

Keynote sessions at the conference covered broad Our World themes in the morning and afternoon, and more specific leadership and skills topics aligned with the Your World theme in the closing sessions. The panel session through dinner, comprising of top ICT thought leaders and led by Graeme Philipson was entertaining and topical.

I would like to thank the Conference Organising Committee – Michael Hawkins, Tim Turner, Adrian Armitage and Jenalle Wei; John Catania and Victor Pacheco (IT team), Colleen Chen (Finance team) in ACS National Office – and volunteers from the ACS Canberra Branch Executive Committee for their hard work in delivering the conference.

I would also like to thank all speakers and delegates who participated to make the day so successful, and the sponsors for the event < ANU, CIT, ADFA, SMG, Oracle and IIM >.

All keynote presentations will be made available once we have received all approvals.
