ACS Congratulates Glen Heinrich

On Australia Day 2013 Glen joined distinguished Australians who have made a significant contribution to our nation, receiving the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM).

The ACS is tremendously proud, and grateful, for Glen’s significant contribution to the Australian IT sector.

Treasurer, 1977-1980; Executive Committee Member, since 1976; National Treasurer, ACS,
1985-2004; Life Member, 1989; Fellow, 1999.

Employed by South Australian Health Department, 1974-2006; contributed to the development of IT infrastructure within the SA Health Commission.
Played major role in the establishment of COMTEC (IT) Expo, which ran for 18 years;
Foundation Member, COMTEC Committee; Treasurer, for 4 years.
