In October 2014 Rabia received a standing ovation from 1700 people at her TEDx talk titled ‘Courage Under Fire’ where she spoke about the power we all have to create the change in the world we wish to see.<br> <br>In March 2015, Rabia was nominated for the Woman Lawyer of the Year Award and cited as a case study at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York. In 2017 Rabia was named by PSA as Breakthrough Keynote Speaker of the Year and has been nominated this year for the Keynote Speaker of the Year Award.<br> <br>Rabia’s best selling memoir, “Equal Justice’ was published in Australia and New Zealand in 2013 and is now in its tenth reprint. Her book will soon be published in North America and Europe and a feature film based on Rabia’s incredible life is currently being developed.<br> <br>Leading with professionalism, integrity, ethics and compassion, Rabia, who speaks English, French, Spanish and Arabic, is committed to peace,diversity, inclusion and education. This is evidenced in her philanthropic work and dedication to inspiring others to find their voice and embrace their capacity to create ripples of change.<br> <br>Rabia has run the London marathon and a double marathon in Australia for charity. She is a Mother to young triplet boys, her biggest and most rewarding challenge yet.<br> <br>Rabia’s life purpose is to tell, teach and curate impactful stories for global change.<br> <br>Put simply, to inspire, empower and transform!<br> <br><b>Alicia Curtis - Founder of Alyceum &amp; 100 Women</b><br><br>Alicia Curtis is a dynamic social and business entrepreneur as an award winning speaker and leadership facili-tator. Alicia has a Masters in Business Leadership and was recognised in the Westpac &amp; Australian Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence List in 2014 and as one of Westpac&#39;s 200 Businesses of Tomorrow in 2017.<br><br>Alicia is passionate about empowering people to develop their personal and professional leadership skills and confidence to drive positive change in the workplace and community. She facilitates successful leadership development programs and has spoken at a variety of conferences over the last 15 years including TEDxPerth in 2017. Alicia co-authored the book, Difference Makers: A Leader&#39;s Guide to Championing Diversity on Boards and is now curating a range of interactive online leadership courses to build a global community of in-spired leaders and change-makers.<br><br>Alicia herself has had a diverse range of leadership experiences, from co-founding her own children’s confer-ence when she was 12 years old to running as an independent candidate for the Federal Senate when she was 21 to establishing one of the first large-scale women’s giving circles called 100 Women. 100 Women has fund-raised close to $400,000 in the last four years and granted projects locally and internationally to support women and girls.<br> <br><b>Bonnie Lin - Managing Director of B2 Rainmakers</b><br><br>Bonnie Lin brings 20 years of international business expertise, helping organisations accelerate growth and value creation through talent, capital and contacts.<br> <br>A Silicon Valley native, her portfolio of experience includes senior roles in B2B marketing, supply chain, lean manufacturing in China and US, and running a government-funded business accelerator. She has advised over 60 startup founders and small business owners.<br> <br>Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and a Vancouver 40 Under 40 winner, Bonnie was a regular media commentator, speaker and contributor on entrepreneurship and innovation publications in the US. Bonnie served on the boards of the US District Export Council and the Pacific Northwest Defence Coalition.
