The Foresight Thinking Masterclass will examine how to organise your thoughts and think through uncertainty. Explore how to identify signals and ask questions like &#39;so what&#39; to expand your perspectives and seek new possibilities, as external changes evolve over time. Learn how to apply futures thinking in strategic planning, to achieve better results. <br><br>This Masterclass is facilitated by Yvonne Webb, Operations Manager - Industry Skills Advisory Council NT, Certified LEGO Serious Play Practitioner and committed critical and creative problem solver. <br><br><img alt="User-added image" src="https://id.acs.org.au/servlet/servlet.ImageServer?id=0150o00000HtDek&amp;oid=00D90000000o5NE&amp;lastMod=1634859412000"></img><br><br>This Masterclass is ideal for all ACS members, regardless of career level, as we aim to have diversity among the group attending. Working with ISACNT, I continue to support both industry and individuals in developing skills for productive workplaces. 
Having had an extensive background in the hotel industry covering operations, human resources, finance, sales and marketing, I am well versed in Tourism and Hospitality industry with a strong interest in Leadership and Management for workplaces of the future.
My role provides insight into the areas of:
•    Government policy, funding and priorities
•    National and regional agendas for workforce planning strategy
•    VET system and workforce - challenges and reform
•    Challenges of language, literacies and numeracy as applicable to workforces nationally and locally
•    VET product development as influenced by both Government policy and Industry needs
•    Community and stakeholder engagement

Also a certified LEGO Serious Play practitioner and a committed Critical and Creative Problem solver. Smart people know there is always a solution for every problem.  Creative people know there are multiple solutions! (advice from Jill Biden – 2018 Creative Problem Solving Conference)

  • ACS reserves the right to prohibit entry or eject any person from an ACS event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by ACS staff, its agents and/or others working under its authority.
  • Filming or streaming by attendees is not permitted. If an attendee is found to be doing so they will be asked to leave the event immediately and further action may be taken.
  • Photography and/or filming may take place during this event, by accepting these terms you consent to this. Please let a member of ACS know if you do not want your picture taken.

COVID-19 Event Attendance Compliance

By registering to attend an ACS in person event you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions

  • If an attendee is displaying flu or cold like symptoms in the days leading up to the event and therefore is not able to attend, ACS will refund the registration fee.
  • If an attendee comes to an event and is displaying flu or cold like symptoms they will be asked to leave
  • We ask all ACS members to respect the social distancing guidelines, if an attendee repeatedly disregards these guidelines, they may be asked to leave
  • ACS reserves the right to cancel the event within 24 hours' notice if either the speaker or the event host has advised us that they are exhibiting flu or cold like symptoms
  • All attendees must provide a valid phone number and email address to be contacted on if there is reason to notify about a possible COVID-19 exposure
