<p>Our Young Professionals Half-Day Summit includes three sessions hosted by accomplished industry professionals who share their expertise in what it takes to stand out as an emerging tech professional.<br><br>As the next generation of leaders in our industry, this event improves your interpersonal skills to network, undertake mentoring and get that dream job you've been looking for.<br><br><u><b>Agenda</b></u></p> <ul><li><b>8:30am - 9:00am:</b> Registration and networking</li><li><b>9:00am - 9:20am:</b> Late Registration (attendees who arrive after 9:20am will not receive any of the 6 CPD hours).</li><li><b>9:00am - 10:10am: </b>Session 1</li><li><b>10:20am - 11:20am: </b>Session 2</li><li><b>11:20am - 11:50am:</b> Light snack and networking</li><li><b>11:50am - 12:50pm:</b> Session 3</li><li><b>12:50pm - 1:00pm:</b> Event conclusion</li></ul> <p><br><u><b>Dress Code</b></u><br><br>Business Casual.<br><br><b><u>CPD Points</u></b><br><br>Members of the Professional Year program attending the half-day conference will account for all 6 CPD hours provided all three sessions are attended in full. CPD hours cannot be split per session i.e. if you only attend one or two sessions you cannot receive 2 or 4 CPD hours. <br><br>Prior to the event you will be sent an email confirming your registration, which will have a QR Code that looks like this:<br><br><br><img alt="User-added image" src="https://acsau.file.force.com/servlet/rtaImage?eid=7010o000001f3K6&feoid=00N9000000EVCh7&refid=0EM90000001Ey5E"></img><br><b><i>(Please note the above is an example only, and is not your QR Code for this event).</i></b><br><br>It is your responsibility to ensure you are marked as attended by scanning your QR code with an ACS staff member. If you are unable to scan in with your code for any reason, you must still have your name marked off. <br><br><u><b>Terms and Conditions: </b></u><br><br><i>The Australian Government Department of Health has issued isolation requirements for the novel coronavirus: COVID-19. ACS asks any members or guests returning from international travel, or that are currently in self-quarantine for the Coronavirus disease (CoIvD-19), following the return from, or transit through, countries on the watch list that include China, Korea, Iran, Italy, Japan, France, Germany, Spain and Kuwai, to refrain or been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 must isolate themselves for 14 days after leaving China, or within 14 days after last contact with a confirmed case to please not attend the event in the interests of the health and safety of other participants.<br><br>If you are withdrawing from the event for this reason, please let us know.</i></p>
