ACS Lightning Hack: RPA - LEANing Towards AI

This session will include a presentation and group activities on RPA. During this Hack event our facilitator will talk on how to identify where RPA Robots would be valuable in your business. Attendees will use the information provided to undertake a number of challenges and scenarios to address leveraging Lean-6Sigma as well as contributing their own ideas.

Join us at this upcoming Lightning Hack on <b>Tuesday 25 February</b>, where our facilitator Tony Nudd will give an overview on how to identify where RPA Robots would be valuable in your business. Using methods from Lean-6Sigma, he will touch on some typical use cases where RPA is currently applied in organisations today.<br><br>Tony will provide attendees with examples of validating RPA process selection with Lean-6Sigma tools, identify where AI and ML solutions are currently used in business in conjunction with RPA, and how your business could leverage similar initiatives. Tony Nudd

Tony Nudd is currently the Robotic Process Automation Imaginator at UiPath ANZ (www.uipath.com), the world’s fastest growing I.T. company for 2019 (Deloitte’s Fastest 500).

His career for the last 15 years has been in the Business Process Management and Business Process Re-engineering space, holding roles at organisations  which include TIBCO, Gobal360, SoftwareAG, Objective Corp.
While primarily focused in Finance, Banking and Insurance, client’s also include Health and State/Local Government.

Tony’s secondary interest is in Change Management and the psychology of humans working alongside machines.
His side projects include controlling software robots using thought control (via an EEG headset) and applying AI Facial Recognition to a basic video Door Bell.
