On April 30, ACS Canberra, in conjunction with DXC Technology, will hold a panel discussion with Q&A, to showcase some of the positive initiatives, programs and opportunities in ICT for people with autism.

Organisations involved in the journey of making room and providing access for people with autism to contribute to their workplace always benefit. This is because the dynamics of the workplace and the quality of the work product are improved and strengthened, and processes are professionally tuned with the addition of a diverse and inclusive corporate culture. People with autism have unique skills and qualifications that make exceptional contributions to tech and data teams. These include, but are not limited to, having a keen eye for detecting patterns in data to the ability to sustain superior levels of concentration.
