Maria Bowering

Maria Bowering

Maria Bowering - Director of Truvaiu, specialises in personal/career coaching for ICT professionals. Truvaiu has a simple purpose: to instil confidence in others to make positive, exponential impact.

Working with technical experts, logical thinkers and aspiring leaders, Maria creates tailor-made solutions to help individuals build confident, effective communication skills, with authentic presentation at the core. She facilitates workshops and provides a personal mentoring service through safe adventure and ongoing support. Believing that collaborative opportunities are generated through honest and clear communication with 'conscious' behavioural awareness; connection and learning, for me, is a two-way process.

With an Education, training and facilitation background, her expertise has evolved from working with many diverse groups, from children through to adults. She has structured, prepared and presented mentoring sessions, workshops and lectures for individuals right up to 100+ audiences.

Maria has facilitated workshops at 3 ACS Young IT half Day Conferences and there has been nothing but huge accolades and many students seeking her guidance post-event.

More recently, over the past 3 years, she has developed a better understanding of business processes, gained knowledge of Lean Start-Up principles and have nurtured a little tenacity to start her own business.

You are welcome to reach out to Maria at her trade table after the event.
