Project Dovetail

The current ACS Strategy (2017-2022) is focused on the achievement of three key goals: “building capacity”, “improving capability” and “being a catalyst” for tech talent and innovation in Australia and all initiatives are due to be completed by June 2022.

In parallel with executing the final year of our existing strategy, ACS has embarked on the strategic planning process to develop a new strategic plan. The plan will guide our strategic direction over the next five years, and particularly, how we will work together as a strong and cohesive organisation.
