7. Computer Professional Education (CPE) Program Update
Hurry - Study Period 2 Enrolments Close 13
July!
It is not too late to enrol in study period 2
which runs from 20 July to 18 October.
Enrol via www.acs.org.au/cpeprogram Payment is not
required until early July, so enrol now and secure your place. There will be no study period 3, so if you
intend to study in 2008 enrol soon.
Dates for study periods change in 2009, details are on our website. Cost is still only $675 per subject for ACS
Members. Time commitment is 8-10 hours per week over the 13 week study
period. Make your commitment to ongoing
professional development and enrol in the CPE Program now!

mega and AIMIA invite you to Mobile Monday in Adelaide
Fresh from the mega SA (Mobile Enterprise Growth Alliance) pitch day
event, BLUEi and Matt Tonkin will be sharing some of their research and
product innovation undertaken towards their mega projects. BLUEi will present Encounter: a Bluetooth networking tool (startencounter.com/)
while Matt Tonkin will speak about the unique market opportunities for
iPhone software and a new category of information tools to match. Sasha
Grbich (mega SA project manager) will speak about future opportunities
with the mega program (www.mega.org.au).

have not submitted a paper to ATNAC 2008 yet, you now have another opportunity
to do so.
Over the recent weeks,
there have been many requests to better align the ATNAC 2008
submission deadlines with the demands placed by the academic and
business year timelines. As a result, the paper submission deadline has
been extended to Monday 04 August.
