Launch of Green IT Industry Special Interest Group (SIG) and Taskforce
On Wednesday 23 July the Green IT Industry SIG and Taskforce were launched at a special event at City Hall,Brisbane, in front of an audience of nearly 170.
The MC for the launch was ACS Qld Chairman , Nick Tate, and presentations were delivered by the following:
- Guest keynote speaker: Alison O’Flynn
Alison heads the Sustainability Consulting practice for Fujitsu Australia, assisting organisations in understanding the risks and identifying opportunities in response to climate change, developing the ‘Green Business Case’ and implementing strategic initiatives.
