Murali Ramakrishnan MACS
Murali is the tutor in IT Service Management and our new elective Business Process Improvement (using Lean Six Sigma). He is also on our Faculty Board. Murali is based in Adelaide and has over 20 years professional IT experience. He started as an IC designer, and has exposure to application development, systems engineering, business analysis, project management and service management. Murali has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications, and a Master’s degree in Software Systems. He is certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt. He has completed an MBA from the University of South Australia. Murali has worked in and consulted to R&D organisations, multinationals and government departments. Currently he is consulting to a utility company in Adelaide in the IT service management field.
