Lucas Anasdow

Lucas is currently working at the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), as the Director of IT Project Management Capability and Governance. He is guiding the ATO IT Project Management maturity models in order to support the ATO’s vision to transform into a flexible, agile enterprise that can adapt to change and support their clients. His team is also supporting an enterprise wide Project Management Capability refresh project that will enable the ATO to have timely and accurate Portfolio Management information that enables the mash up of multiple systems data that presents information in intuitive formats.

Lucas is a Mentor for the ACS CPE Program Professional Practice Unit. He recently completed the ACS CPeP program and presented a case study at the 2011 Gartner Symposium ITxpo titled ‘Design by Committee: A cross-jurisdictional experience.’ The case study was based on his experience as the Interim CIO of the National Occupational Licensing Authority. He has a Masters in Bio Statistics and is preparing to commence a Masters in Technology. He has a Project Management Background where he is accredited in P30, P3M3, Prince2, PMBOK and Agile methodologies.
