Kenn Dolan MACS
Kenn is our tutor for Project Management. He is an APMG Registered Trainer and Consultant for PRINCE2®, MSP® P3M3® and OBASHI®, and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP). As a founder and Director of FPMS, he consults and provides project management training to the ICT industry within Australia and Asia. Kenn has gained has gained a wealth of experience in the Construction, Oil and Gas, and Research and Development industries throughout the UK, Europe and Africa.
With this diversity of experience and background Kenn joined the Construction Management Research Unit at Dundee University Scotland as a consultant and advisor to the construction industry on project management and productivity. During this period he obtained an MSc degree in Project Management. Since 1999, he has been consulting to and providing project management training to the ICT industry within Australia and Asia, in his role as a Director of FPMS. Kenn holds the distinction of being the first fully accredited MSP Trainer and Consultant outside of the UK. He has coached and mentored senior executives in over 20 countries through the process of creating their organization’s PMO capability and establishing an effective environment to deliver the planned strategic benefits.
A much sought after Keynote speaker at international conferences, Kenn has been instrumental in raising awareness of PRINCE2 and MSP in the Australasian markets. He is currently the Vice President of the South Australian Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
