Fundamentals of Agile in PracticeCourse content
This course provides a practical overview of Agile methods by starting with the Agile Manifesto and leading the participants into the details of Agile practices. In particular, this course focuses on the agile practices of Story cards, Walls and Daily stand-ups. The popularity of Agile needs to be balanced by caveats such a scalability and usage in outsourced projects. Composite-Agile Method and Strategy (CAMS) is presented as a practical mechanism to overcome Agile challenges. Learning outcomes
