A recent study shows that women CIOs and CTOs in addition to women working on help desks make more than their male colleagues, but in jobs such as database administrators and other senior IT positions, the gap remains wide. And maybe to no one's surprise, another study says that telecommuting is a career-limiting option for most people regardless of gender.
