Notice of AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the ACS for 2012 will be held in Brisbane at the Stamford Plaza Hotel (cnr Margaret & Edwards Streets Brisbane) on Thursday 29 November at 6.30pm.
The agenda for the meeting is:
1. Opening
2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 20th AGM held on 24 November 2011.
3. Reception and consideration of the Annual Report of the ACS Committee of Management for 01 July 2011 – 30 June 2012 (which incorporates the Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheets and the Auditor's Report).

Members who are unable to attend the meeting should complete an Appointment of Proxy form.
