Scholarship Opportunity for ACS Members - Deadline Extended

The Australian Computer Society (ACS) in conjunction with the CIO Executive Council (CEC) is offering to sponsor 3 senior ICT managers or potential CIOs to attend CEC’s Pathways Program. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your skills by being sponsored to attend a specialised 12 month professional leadership development program which brings together best practice, thought leadership and customised CIO mentoring. Designed and delivered by leading local and global CIOs, this unique program is all about turning today's ICT professionals into business leaders of tomorrow, bridging the ICT to business gap. More information about the Pathways Program is available by downloading the Pathways Brochure and Curriculum. The Pathways program is designed to facilitate a start time anytime during the program.

The ACS is offering members, in senior ICT managerial roles, the opportunity to attend the program by nominating for the sponsorships. The sponsorships will be offered to candidates selected by a panel of senior CIOs from some of Australian’s leading organisations. Being selected for the sponsorship will be recognition of your achievements and potential to make a significant difference in the application of ICT. As an ACS sponsored participant in the Pathways Program you will be provided with practical skills, an expanded network of like professionals and the potential for huge advances in your career development.

Nominations will be accepted up until the 25th September, 2012. The selected candidates will be informed by Wednesday 17th October.
