Annual General Meeting of the ACS for 2011
The Annual General Meeting of the ACS for 2011 will be held in Hobart at the Wrest Point Casino (410 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay TAS 7005) on Thursday 24 November at 6.30pm.
The agenda for the meeting is :
1. Opening.
2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 19th AGM held on 25 November 2010.
3. Reception and consideration of the Annual Report of the ACS Committee of Management for 01 July 2010 – 30 June 2011 (which incorporates the Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheets and the Auditor's Report).

Members who are unable to attend the meeting should complete the Appointment of Proxy form.
