ACS calls for Tender Submissions for the 2011 edition of the annual ACS ICT Statistical Compendium
The purpose of this tender is to produce an ACS endorsed publication of
a bona fide ‘snapshot’ of statistical data on ICT workforce for
members, industry and government. The publication is an annual update
to the Australian ICT Statistical Compendium 2010. Please click here for a copy of the 2010 report.
The publication will be produced as a colour editable Microsoft document such as Microsoft Word. The approved supplier does not need to print the publication.
The publication will be delivered complete on 1 August 2011.
The publication will include annual updates to the data contained in the 2010 publication and be presented in the same or similar way.
In addition to updating the 2010 report, the 2011 report will include focus (chapters) on the following areas:
a) Medium term 5-7 years forecasting of statistical data and must reference expected impacts of the NBN
b) Analysis of historical data (10 years)
c) Discussion on limitations of current statistical measurement of ICT in Australia
In each analysis, the size, scope and breadth of ICT as a contributor to the Australian economy will be described.
