Applicants who fall within Group A or B and

• obtained their qualification at least three years before for applying for their visa; and
• were employed in that occupation on the day three years before applying for their visa; and
• in the three years before applying for their visa, worked for at least two years in that occupation or a closely related occupation.

Applicants who fall with Group A or B but

• did not obtain or complete their qualification at least three years before applying for their visa; or
• were not employed in that occupation on the day three years before applying for their visa; or
• in the three years before applying for their visa, had worked in that occupation (or a closely related occupation) for less than two years.

Applicants who fall within Group C or D and

• obtained their qualification at least three years before applying for their visa; and
• were employed in that occupation on the day three years before applying for their visa; and
• in the three years before applying for their visa, worked for at least two years in that occupation or a closely related occupation.

Applicants who fall with Group C or D but

• did not obtain or complete their qualification at least three years before applying for their visa; or
• were not employed in that occupation on the day three years before applying for their visa; or
• in the three years before applying for their visa, had worked in that occupation (or a closely related occupation) for less than two years.

Applicants who

• have a degree, diploma, associate diploma that is not equivalent to Australian standards for this occupation; and/or
• fall within Group E.
