Becoming a Certified Professional (CP)

From PCP to CPFrom PCP to CP

CP replaces PCP. By design, as an exisiting PCP you are awarded CP status. To maintain this status, log 30 hours of professional development every year.

Failure to do so will result in the loss of CP status and the loss of use of the CP post-nominal.

Log Professional Development hours

Log your hoursAs a professionally graded  member from before 01/06/06, you may qualify for CP status by completing or logging 30 hours of professional development and upload contact details for two referees.

Remember the 30 hours of professional development doesn't have to come solely from ACS events to be recognised. Professional development is professional development, whatever the source.
