Student discussion forums will be an essential learning tool in the Computer Professional Education Program. Students, after a period of individual reflection and consideration, will contribute honest and critical evaluations of their professional experiences; and considered comments on the experiences of their colleagues.

Upon commencement of the program, the students will be allocated a group forum, or cohort, and they will continue with this group until the end of the study in that particular subject. Discussions will be moderated with a tutor, or learning facilitator, who will sustain a timely and supportive dialog with their students. They will be online to communicate with their students five or more days each week, and students will receive and respond to one or more messages every week from their tutors.
