Strategic Soft Skills provides a forum to develop soft skills for IT professionals. This special interest group aims to develop skills including self-awareness, influencing, engagement, negotiation, presentation, meeting management, behavioural styles, relationship management & leadership skills and conflict management (dealing with difficult people, resolution) for ACS members through regular forums, presentations and workshops.
