Business Requirements Analysis
The mission of Australian Computer Society's Business Requirements Analysis Special Interest Group (BRASIG) is to provide a forum for learning about and discussing issues associated with the practice of business analysis, requirements development and management, with a particular focus on the day-to-day issues faced in the field.
The objectives of BRASIG are to:
- Provide a forum to discuss and learn more about the field of Requirements and Business Analysis
- Present expert guest speakers with specific experiences related to Requirements Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Modelling and Stakeholder Management
- Discuss advances and best practices in the Requirements Management process
- Act as a medium for communication on subjects related to Requirements and Business Analysis
- Encourage feedback for research into Business Requirements Analysis.
Outputs from BRASIG include:
- Quarterly group meetings
- Mailing list/forum
- Workshops, seminars and forums
- An informal network of contacts amongst members
- Links with other organisations involved in the same or related fields of endeavours.
