About the Presenter:
Geoff is the founder of a local IT business, Helpwizards Pty Ltd, whose team have provided CMS, webhosting, information and artistic design for businesses since 2001.
His team has experience based in Accounting Systems (Attache7) and Database Development, Thin Client (Terminal Server) based Networks, Internet Security (Unix Gateways), Secure Webhosting & CMS systems, Supply of Integrated IT Systems, with full professional Support Services.
Other activities include building multimedia courseware, for example www.whatsoutthere.com.au. The WOT project won a Townsville City Council Citysafe award in 2007. With an educational background including BSc(Hons.) Double Major Computer Science from JCU he now has over 20 years of experience in support of business organisations (handling now well over 25000 IT issues since 1989).
