NQ IT Business Incubator Program
The North Queensland Small Business Development Centre has created a IT
Incubator facility. This allows IT small business a place to learn and grow with
shared facilities. Business, accounting, marketing, legal educational resources
are provided. There is a conference room, interview room and modern Internet
connectivity provided. Rent is only $50 per week. NQ ACS was present in the
planning of this facility. The great thing about this facility is the synergy
generated by different IT business people when together. "This will lead to new
employment, local revenues and exports. Little Silicon Valley will help extend
Townsville ICT knowledge so that it can build technology, run technology and
transform organizations. ICT adoption can be a sustainable competitive advantage
