IT Service Delivery Coordinator

The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day support operations of the ANZ IT team. This encompasses management and coordination of the service desk, adhering to negotiated SLAs and managing continuous improvements ensuring highest standards of service delivery are achieved. This position covers a wide variety of interaction with end users, ranging from hands on support to appointing the appropriate resource for issue remediation or to escalating to the Infrastructure or Applications team. Excellent communications are maintained at all times. Project management will also be required. This role reports to the IT Manager.
