The Role

In this role, you will be required to provide timely and expert technical ICT reporting services across the organisation including standardisation of reporting technologies, documentation, indexation of reports and report testing. Other duties include upgrading of relevant technologies, operational and management reporting and dashboards.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in analysing, developing and implementing IT Reporting Systems using SAP Business Objects and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Strong database skills using SQL Server 2008 and a good understanding of data schemas
  • Strong technical skills and a sound understanding of contemporary ICT reporting technologies and project management methodologies (e.g. PMBok, Prince 2)
  • High-level analytical and problem solving skills including the capacity to resolve complex technical problems
  • Extensive experience in developing user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, test cases and user documentation.
  • Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, consultation and customer relationship management skills.
