The Western Australian Branch of the ACS was established in 1966, with 58 members. By 2012, WA has grown to over 1700 members.
The WA Branch staff and Branch Executive Committee (BEC) members work to ensure each and every member is kept up to date not only with what is happening within the branch, but also within the ICT industry.
ACS members in Western Australia are invited to free monthly forums on a diverse range of topics, as well as recognised and accredited professional development sessions, such as our quarterly Education Across the Nation series.
The WA Branch offers career guidance to schools, TAFEs, universities and young ICT professionals, as well as hosting and supporting a wide range of Special Interest Groups with topics covering ICT and related disciplines.
