Enterprise Architecture in
Government and Business:
An Executive and Managerial Overview
Melbourne 8-9 April 2013

This is a business oriented 2 day course for Government and Industry Leaders focusing on the benefits of adopting an EA driven approach to business and IT planning. The course will prepare attendees to leverage EA to organize shared services (business, information and technical), reduce risk in IM/IT implementation, decrease portfolio overhead and increase the success rate of IM/IT projects. It will also show that EA is not meant to work alone but act as an integrative management framework for governance, business, operations, portfolio management and system development methodologies.

The course is not technical and is focused on leaders who wish to manage their knowledge holdings along with the supporting technology to provide effective and efficient service to Canadians and derive corporate competitive advantage.
