Biography:
Jennie Hill
Sharp Pencils services are delivered by Jennie Hill. Jennie draws on over 20 years of experience in leadership and senior management roles to provide insight on people in the workplace at all levels and how they create their own success and overcome barriers along the way. In her various roles spanning IT Infrastructure and SaaS, Human Resources, Education and Training,
Jennie has designed and delivered workshops for strategy development, project reviews and a wide range of change and skills initiatives.
As a Results Certified Coach, Jennie is trained in a brain based approach to creating new thinking and moving people into action. She blends her coaching skills, which are based on the latest findings in the field of Neuroscience, with her personal observations and professional experience to provoke new thinking and open the door for action with CEO’s, Senior Managers, Team Leaders, Inspiring and Emerging Leaders.
