Recruitment Process
Our recruitment philosophy is ‘for our employees to be successful in their roles and stay with us for all the right reasons, the selection process needs to be two way’. In other words we provide you with enough information about the ACS, the team you’ll be working in and the role you’re applying for to equip you to make an informed decision to accept if you’re offered the role.
We’ll also ask behavioural questions in a series of interviews, and on occasion, arrange testing to appreciate your skill set and determine whether you’re the most suitable candidate for the vacant position.
Our selection processes are designed to be fair and equitable and adhere to our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy and Practice.
